How to: Use Pick From List.
Solution:
Right-click on the cell to enter data, select 'Pick from list...' from the shortcut menu, and select the desired entry from the displayed list.
1) Right-click on the cell in which to type data. (A shortcut menu opens.)
2) Select 'Pick from list...' from the shortcut menu. (A list box appears below the cell, showing all the existing entries in the column.)
